In order to present your work at WOLTE 14 it is necessary to submit an abstract through the online paper submission portal. This two step process will first require you to create a new author submission account on the abstract management server and secondly use that author account to submit the pdf of the abstract.

The abstract submission procedure will ask for the title of the presentation, your presentation preference (oral or poster), the relevant topics and a single page PDF file with the typeset abstract that must be redacted following the template file. 
It is important that the pdf is created with embedded fonts. To do this please check the ISO19005-1 (PDF/A) option when saving the abstract pdf.

The abstract management system will generate an author list, and all co-authors that wish to appear in this list should separately create a proper account on the abstract management server in order to be included.
